Clinician terms of use

Who this workspace is for
PT365 is for US clinicians creating exercise education materials. Keep your account credentials private. Each clinician needs an individual account. Organizations can request onboarding; a clinician subscription does not include shared organization administration or an integration license.
Clinical responsibility
You are responsible for assessing the person receiving care, selecting appropriate exercises, checking precautions and dosage, and reviewing every guide before sharing. Catalog content and AI suggestions support your work; they do not replace clinical judgment or provide emergency care.
Patient information
Do not enter identifiable patient information, including names, contact information, dates of birth, record numbers, or identifying details in notes or exercise instructions. Keep patient assignments and clinical records in your organization’s approved system. You may enter a customer’s email in the recipient field to send their guide. Confirm the address and obtain permission before sending. This workspace is not a patient-record system.
Subscriptions
The Free plan includes standard PDF downloads. PT365 Pro is $10 per clinician per month and renews until canceled. Review the amount and renewal details at checkout. Manage payment methods and cancel through Manage billing. Cancellation at period end keeps paid access until that period ends. Reasonable short-term abuse controls apply to AI and email; there are no AI overage charges.
Content and acceptable use
You may use generated exercise guides in your clinical work. Do not resell the catalog, redistribute the library as a competing service, share credentials, bypass access controls, or submit unlawful content. Integration and enterprise licensing require separate arrangements.
